Back from Baguio!

MANILA, Philippines  It's back to the salt mines. Back to the daily grind. Back to "reality".

It's always bitter sweet coming home after a vacation. But such is life. The long weekend's definitely over. But hey, at least we were able to eat in yummy restaurantsrestaurants we weren't able to eat in the last time—and tour the Ben Cab museum. Awesome stuff! I'll reserve these for another entry.

The weather in Baguio was great. Even if it was a bit warm during lunchtime, the temperature went down to as low as 13*C at night. It was perfect as we took part in the city's Christmas festivities. The cold weather made me even more excited about Christmas.

Baguio's Christmas Tree after it was formally lit (and after experiencing a short circuit).
Some of us cousins with Auntie Julie and Tito Benny.

I'd like to thank Auntie Julie and Tito Benny for their hospitalityall the scrumptious meals, letting us stay in their home and for all the treats.
